IBPS RRB Notification 2024

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is about to launch new vacancies for the year 2024 through the IBPS RRB Notification 2024 . The official notification is expected to launch in the month of June-July. The recruitment will be hiring Officers of level I, II & III and Office Assistant in Regional Rural Banks. IBPS RRB Eligibility Criterias 2024

Eligibility criteria are an important factor for the selection of a candidate through the recruitment process. Each of every vacancies has its separate criteria to apply and that’s why it is very important To understand what are the exact criteria to apply for those post. A candidate will not be able to participate in the recruitment if any of these criteria are not met. Below all the Eligibility details for different positions are mentioned.

Office Assistant:

Qualification: The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree to apply for the Office Assistant position.

Age: The minimum age limit is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 28 years.

Officer Scale I:

Qualification: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Age: The candidate’s age needs to be between 18 years and 30 years to be eligible for the position.

Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer):

Qualification: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.

Minimum 2 year’s worth of experience is required in a bank or financial institution.

Age: Minimum age criteria is 21 years, while maximum age limit is 32 years.

Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):

Qualification: Varies depending on the specialist position. Will be updated once the official notification is out.

Age: The age limit must be between 21 to 32 years.

Officer Scale III:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks are required.

Experience of 5 years is required as an officer in a bank or any financial institution. The experience of five years is must, those candidates who don’t have at least five years In a financial institute or any kind of bank will not be accepted for the above mentioned position.

Age: The minimum age limit is 18 years, while the age of the candidate must not exceed 40 years.

IBPS RRB Selection process 2024

The selection process for the IBPS RRB Recruitment will be different for different positions. The selection process for different vacancies are described below.

Office Assistant:

The candidate will have to clear a Preliminary examination and then a Main examination to get selected for the Office Assistant role.

Officer Scale I:

The candidates will have to complete a Preliminary exam, then a Main exam and finally an interview to get selected for the job role.

Officer Scale II & III:

To be placed as Officer Scale II & III, the candidates will have to complete a written exam and then have to clear an interview.

IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Application fee will be different for the candidates of different categories. The ST, SC and PWD candidates will have to pay ₹175 as application fee. Candidates from General, OBC and PwD categories will have to pay ₹850 as the application fee, during the application process.
