Job description

Designation 1: Executive (Facility Department) - 2 Positions
Job Description :
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and
refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

Designation 2: Store Executive - 3 Positions
Job Description :

Proper storage of Inventory & housekeeping as per ISO.
Periodic Disposal of unwanted materials including Hazardous waste.
Identifying Scrap Materials, Disposal & record.
Proper accounting & Maintaining records of materials

Designation 3: Safety Officer - 1 Position
Job Description :

Total Site safety management.
Inspecting all the areas of construction site to find the unsafe conditions / practices / act and taking necessary actions on the discrepancies / violations.
Investigating, reporting and documenting all the incidents to the concerned.

Note:
1) Local candidates with good management skills and computer knowledge are required.
2) For the Store Executive position, preference will be given to candidates from the Clerk/SKT trade.
