  • Analyze and interpret background check reports and records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all data protection regulations.
  • Communicate findings and provide recommendations based on background check results.
  • Document and maintain records of all background screening activities.
  • Keep up to date with advancements and changes in the background check industry.
