Job description
Key Responsibilities: Administration & Yard Management

Office Operations & Facilities Management:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure, furniture, and equipment.
- Oversee workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Vendor & Contract Management:
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, track vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor budgets related to administrative services and facilities.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative team.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure high productivity within the team.

Budget & Procurement:
- Plan and manage the administration department's budget.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain records and ensure adherence to statutory regulations related to office administration.

Asset Management:
- Maintain an updated inventory of office assets and oversee their proper utilization.
- Ensure timely repairs or replacements of equipment when required.

Crisis Management:
- Prepare for and respond to emergencies affecting office operations.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure continuity during unforeseen events

Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure all yard equipment and machinery are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain records of equipment usage and service history.

Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all materials entering and leaving the yard.
- Implement processes for efficient stock rotation and inventory control.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
Note:
1) Local candidates with good management skills and computer knowledge are required.
2) Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fleet management.
