Job description

1. Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
2. Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities
3.Proficient in multi-tasking and scheduling the workload
4.Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
5.Ensure high levels of discretion and confidentiality while executing/implementing office assignments
6.Collating and maintaining bills and accounts
7.Managing the payroll process with high diligence
8.Ensuring office supplies and adept in finalizing beneficial deals for the company
9.Must be task oriented, punctual and accomplish the tasks within a defined timeframe
10.Must have a vehicle for local commuting purposes
