Job description
1) Manages and trains security guards.
2) Hires and onboards new security guards.
3) Sets the security guard staffing schedule.
4) Creates all security policies and procedures.
5) Conducts regular security inspections.
6) Investigates security threats and breaches.
7) Writes comprehensive security reports.
8) Presents security improvement plans to executives.
9) Builds and manages the departmental budget.
10) Leads company emergency response trainings.
